Contract
When you purchase a product or products from our website we enter into a contract. This contract comes about with your purchase and the procedure for doing this is as follows:
You add product/s to your basket.
Go to checkout and complete all required information.
Proceed to payment gateway where you are redirected to a chosen payment provider to complete payment on their secure transaction sites.
Once you click to pay using your credit card details or payment account and we receive the confirmation email with your order we are then in contract.
We will then process and dispatch your order provided it is in stock and that you have not cancelled your order or that we have not accepted your order
You will then be sent a confirmation email of the dispatch with a tracking number.
Non Acceptance of an Order:
An order may not be accepted for the following reasons:
The item ordered was not in stock
Authorisation for payment not received
An error in Pricing, Description or Product

Returns
You may return goods for a full refund within thirty days of receipt of the goods provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. You will receive a full refund for the goods that were purchased on receipt of the goods in the condition described previously.
You may contact us within those thirty days via email and we will provide instructions on returning the goods and offer any assistance we can to you.
Within those thirty days after receipt of the goods you can have a change of heart and decide you do not wish to keep the goods or it turned out someone else bought the same item for you.
We will provide a full refund for the goods and any other related charges except when the item is part of a number of items within an order than the delivery charge will stand.

Faulty Goods
While we test every Smart TV Box before dispatch we realise faults can happen at any stage, if so we must be notified immediately of any defections or faults in a product which you have purchased from our web site. These products must then be returned to us and upon receipt by us of the product an exchange, credit or a full refund will be given for the product found to be faulty.
We reserve the right to check and test the product received back faulty to verify the fault and then provide an replacement, exchange or refund.
If upon inspection the product shows no sign of fault and is working as described, in that case the product will be returned to the customer with any explanation on it's use provided in cases of user error or misinterpretation on instructions. It is very rare this occurs and we do our utmost to provide assistance via email or telephone to help in using any products, including instructions, software issues.
Thankfully returns are very rare for both us and our customers and we hope everyone will enjoy their purchases.
